iplDK LG Nortel 300 Help

We have received a central iplDK LG Nortel 300 and someone did all the settings now that person is not available I would like to know how to give access to an extension of an office can make calls and access to external extension moment why can make internal calls only if I type my access key 9 to dial the number of foreign im so busy tone.

Hello

Sounds like you need to change the Station COS.
To get into programming you may need a password.

Are you going to use the PC or the keyset to PGM ?

If keyset-
Firstly you will need to locate the system programming phone, usually the main phone - possibly STA 100.
(This is the hard part)
With the handset down
Press Trans/PGM * #
Enter password if required
(Note the display will change and let you into programming.)

Then dial Trans/PGM 116 ( for STA COS)
Enter STA Ranged eg 100 - 104
Press Flex btn 1 to change day option eg 1
Press Flex btn 2 to change night option eg 1
Press Hold/Save

Lift handset up and put it back to get out of programming
