My office has Ipldk-60 phone system, when someone calls in during business hours and leaves a voicemail because we can't answer; it goes somewhere that we can't access. We have a voicemail that we check every morning that get's voicemail for after hours, anyone can get into it from there station. None of the voicemails that we get during the day end up there. I've left a voicemail during business hours and it has a different greeting than the one for after hours, but it never shows up. How do I get to that second voicemail???
