ipldk 20 power supplies 1

I now have 2 faulty power supplies ldk20 both have no +5/-5 volt
outputs i would like to repair them if there is a fix i`m running temporarily on a nexus/24 psu same output but physicly a different shape so won`t fit into slots,i`m sick of buying ccu to get psu`s
advise would be of great help,it seems a common fault,

Haven't heard about this. I recommend that you're using the original spare parts for these products.

I`ve contacted for any advise,ldk 20 psu seem to fail regular yet 24/nexus never changed one yet? sj

I guess that you mean ipLDK-24/nexer with "24/nexus"?
According to my experience most equipment last for 10-13 years before you have these problem with PSU.

Generally the Ipldk 20 PSU quickly packs than the Nexer 24 i have had that experience, here in africa its mainly power surges i am not so sure down there. If its running on UPS you will not have problem. The other issue might be the issue of the Load, the Nexer 24 especially version 1 ans 2 can take only 10 analog extensions whilst the IPLDK20 takes more depending with your config.
