IPLDK 20 forward CCR to speed dial 1

I have set everything up, all checks out but the FWD to speed 099 only works on internal and setting the system speed in CCR is a bit confusing - I've tried 2299, 2399 and 2499 but it tells me it is invalid. This is the first number in the speed bin. When it adds numbers from 099 where does this put it in PCadm?

If you are settings a fwd to bin 099 - this is a personal speed dial number. One that belongs to the station with the fwd set

Although you do not say which system you have - the CCR would be wanting a System speed dial number - this can be added in two ways.
1)Via the System Attd - Trans/PGM Speed 2000 etc
2) Via Speed Editor, which connects via a LAN connection

Its the ipLDK 20 - just getting used to it. The Speed editor I got with PCAdmin didn't work, so i had to get a newer version from LG Nortel.

To program a system speed dial via the Attd on the ipLDK 20
Press Trans/PGM
Speed
Dial System Speed Bin Number (Display will show next available bin number eg 2000)
Enter in the telephone number (no need for a 9 or CO access btn)
Press Hold/Save
Enter Name
Press Hold/Save

If you have DID (DDI) type CO lines then you could route the DDI to a VMIB Msg via Flex DDI PGM 231, then have CCR (PGM 228)

If you have Normal type CO lines could use DISA to route the call to a VMIB Msg (PGM 140), then use CCR (PGM 228)

Remember that with the CCR the VMIB msg number relates to the CCR Table Index number used.
EG If you play VMIB Msg 25 , then use CCR Index 25 to define each key press.
