Hi

Can anyone point me in the right of programming incoming cli including alpha tagging on analogue lines. I have a cidu card installed, i have turned on cli display in PGM114, what cidu settings and other programming steps will i need to get this up and running? Also will the alpha tagging work if routed to a hunt group or only to extensions?

PGM185 is the CIDU setting too. Flex 1 and 2 I think.
