IPLDK 20 CCR Message recording 1

Hi,

I've installed the AAFBE into the IPLDK. I know how to set the message through PC Admin, but I'm at a loss when I try to record the message on the Attendant Station. I get as far as inputting the message number. Any ideas?
 
Here is what you have to do to record a message:

[TRANS/PROG] + 06 + message number (3 digits) + # + (record your message) + Hold / Save.
There can be recorded system message from 001 to 070 to the group queue / response and voice response (CCR messages).

Hi Doktor - I have tried this, but get Access Deny. I have full access through PC Admin, so there must be something I'm missing there.
 
You can only do this from the Attendant station.
Check with PGM164, or dial the prefix for the Atendant (0 or 9) to check out who is the attendant.

I set the System attendant as station 10 - my station, and attendant is station 11.
 
It has to be done from the System attendant.

Hi, just to let you know I'd failed to add the necessary permissions within PGM113 for this. Once done, everything okay!
 
What permissions did you add?
They should be default.

VMIB access ON
VMIB MSG DD/TM ON

Plus a couple of other privileges not pertaining to this, but to call auth. While I'm here, if a caller (during the AA message) dials an extension number, will this connect them to that user? Apologies for this - I've been in IT for years but this is my first attempt at setting up an IPLDK.
 
To have that function you need to program CCR (Customer Call routing) in PGM228. This is MENU calling - press 1 for Sales and Press 2 for Sevices..
