I have an ipLDK-20 which was set up for BRI operation. We ditched the ISDN/2 circuit due to the cost. The system remains intact - nothing has been changed since it was a perfectly happy system.

What I would like is some pointers as to how I can just hang a single POTS line on it to restore some connection with the outside world.

WARNING: While I am technically competent and computer savvy, I nothing (much) about this hardware. Be gentle with me :)

I understand that I may need an LCOB; if so, does that imply programming, etc? I saw from an earlier post that there might be a way of just putting a single line into the redundant BRI interface ...

HELP! Please ...

TIA

you will need a lcob card yes . these systems havnt been made in a long time .

you cannot put a pot line on to a bri card no .

so yes programming will be required and a new card .
