Hi all,

I have a 24IP system installed (PSTN lines connected). We added a CPCU card to give us incoming caller ID functionality. I have read that its possible and have seen tutorial videos showing how to use it but am drawing a blank on configuring the incoming call number log. I am stumped and unsure where to start. Can anyone assist with any pointers?

Thanks in Advance!
Tim

Hi Tim,
Who is your line provider? You may need to subscribe to the CLIP service from that service provider, they will enable the feature on the PSTN lines. Then it should work out the box.

Hi Jonah,

Thanks for that, we have functioning CLID on the system no problem. I'm just trying to figure out how to configure and use the system call log feature I have seen demonstrated but cant find a lot of info on.

Cheers
Tim

Hi Jonah

That's perfect, precisely what I needed, all sorted now and works great.

Uggg.... I hadn't read that post yet as it didn't seem to apply to me as I don't have the VMIB configured!!! so close!!

Thanks Mate
