IPLDK 20 - ANALOGUE CLI

We have installed our IPLDK 20 system and all is working now, but our CLI caller indentification is not coming up, please could some one let us know what setting(s) we have missed.

Do you use Analog or Digital?
Your provider send CLI?
If you use analog trunk, must set to 1 or 2 rings before the call is answered

I went through the whole thing of trying to get CLI to display and it turned out the company had opted out of the subscription. I'd check that first.
