OK, where did they hide the call forward no answer timer on the IPK 2?

That's not it. I have in-mail with auto-attendant. I call in and get answered by aa, dial the extension #, and am tranferred. No matter what I set the timer for, the phone rings for 30 seconds before going to ext's vmail box. Must be somewhere in the in-mail programming?

Yes that is correct if you place the stations in a timer class other than the default. This should be done when you want stations to have different forward times from each other.
The default for all stations and trunks is class 0 in 20-29 and 20-30 which follows the call forward no answer timer in 24-02-03.
