IPKII Ip phone questions

We have an older NEC IPKII system,

I sent out IPPHONE to a sales agent who never returned it, I need to replace it

I purchased an ITR32D but I can't get it to work (I can't setup the extension) I'm thinking I needed to buy an ITH model?

does anyone know which ip phone is compatible?
