The Features and Specs Manual doesn't say that there's any special programming needed to perform Redial on the IPKII so that the last 10 numbers can be reviewed - like Stack Dial on the 2000. But for some reason, I was unable to repeatedly press Redial to review the last 10 numbers called. I could only press Redial and # for the last outside number.

My technicians upgraded an Elite 192 to an IPK II but they keyed everything in like new, rather than convert the DB. Base cabinet is an IPK II cabinet but the top two are Elite 192 cabinets...could that be the issue?

Any light shed is appreciated!! :)

You cannot disable this feature only assign whether the numbers stored are internal and external or external only.
You can press redial repeatedly or redial then the volume up and down keys.
Perfom a verify against a default database and it will show you what's been accidently turned on.
