IPK - wireless PS III phones keep ringing when call answered

IPK with (4) PS III wireless phones and (4) ZTs.

After desk phones stop ringing and unanswered calls have gone to voice mail, all four wireless phones keep ringing and have to be answered one at a time to stop the ringing.

Suggestions ?
