IPK line selection order

On an IPK where can I set the line selection order? Right now it is set from line 5 to 1 and I want to reverse that.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Yet the lines appear on the IPK in order. It is when they dial line access 9 that if grabs line 5 first, then 4 and so on.
