IPK II not sending caller ID

Good day all ,
I have a little bit of an issue with an IPK II, we switched carriers and when we did that our system stopped sending caller id. we installed the new PRI tested incoming and outgoing all without issue. I'm guessing the old carrier handle my callerr id only showing our main number, the new carrier may not,
before I go any further with them can I have my system outpulse the caller id? if so where do I program that?
if not I will call the new carrier to do so.

There are usually 3 options with a carrier. Nothing, CID with the main number only pre-set from the carrier, or CID pass through which sends out what the system out pulses. It sounds like the new carrier is not sending anything out.
What does the receiving party see when you call out from the system?
