I have just been given the task of making a phone have access to dial out. I am not familar with the ipk system. could someone give me the program commands that i need to try.

What kind of phone lines do you have? Do they appear on every phone?

im not sure, first time in going to the customers site.

You need to see what kind of lines thay have and how they appear on the phones first. I can then post back and tell you the best way to do that.
