When a call comes in, the caller ID is displayed but only for a short time and when you answer the call, the info goes away. Is there a way to keep the Caller ID info on the screen during the call or allow the displayed info stay longer than it is?
 
Excerpts from the features and specifications manual. I hope this helps clarify it. There is no timer to adjust.

Press the green line key where the CO call resides during a CO call, to verify the Caller ID. When
the telephone company provides both Name and Number (depending on the system assignment)
they are displayed for five seconds, followed by the remaining information.

The Caller ID Indication disappears:
 When an incoming call is answered.
 When an internal or ring transfer call is received.
 When Feature Access, DSS, Redial, or Feature key is pressed.
