IPK 64 extension error

I recently downloaded from an IPK 64 system with the SAT software. Made my change to an extension (added a headset feature key only)then I uploaded the Telephone block 001 - 120. I then verified the programming.
But the user say's when getting an incoming call she picks up the handset and gets a re-order tone and "ERROR" is displayed on the screen. She hangs up and it keeps ringing?
She also can't make any outgoing calls?
Did my class of service get messed up or something?

It sounds like that extension doesn't have a CAP key for the call to appear on. Try assigning a key or two and make sure that you allow that station port access to that CAP.
