This is happening on outside calls as well has internal call to Embedded Voicemail.

I have upgraded them to 4.2.11 and upgraded prompts in VM.
I tried to log this behavior in sys monitor but since it wont respond to digits it doesnt show up in Sys Monitor.

Any Ideas??

yes down grade the ds30 modules to 3.2.999 then upgrade them back to 4.x

Even if you have previously done this some DS30 modules need it to be done each time they are upgraded.

Not true !!!
You only need to do this once
After that you can upgrade to any 4.x version !!!

It works! Now if only I could remember what I did...

I'm with tlpeter on this. The 3.2.999 should only be applied once during the initial upgrade

I only think that the extra down and re-upgrade will do the same as a powercycle. A powercycle of the DS module involved would probably also have resolved the issue (temporarily).
