There seems to be an issue with my users who try to remote into vmail to retrieve msg. Vmail does not recognize the tones. ATT says there is not a way to change the freq. and I dont know of a way to get around this problem. This is happening on bcm50's as well as 4.0 NAM.

all patches are current to my knowledge. Is there a particular patch number I should be looking for?

For the Bcm400: SU Desktop 9 and SU System 14 have most of it.
For the Bcm50 it depends what release you have.
