Has anyone had problems with iPhone users on the latest feature pack 11.1.3? If an iPhone user answers a call, it's okay, but if they hang up and answer another incoming call, the caller goes straight to voicemail.
I noticed this using the move call feature.
It can answer on Windows and move the call to the iPhone, but after that, the iPhone can not answer another incoming call straight away. If it's left for a few minutes, it is then able to answer a call.
The issue is happening on multiple iPhone users so not relating to any particular version of the iPhone.
No issues on Android.
IP Office server edition 11.1.3.
Avaya spaces domain verified and APN working without an issue.
Upgrading my IP500v2 now, and I'll test with that, also.
