anyone having trouble with their Iphone 4 and 3GS phones resolving DNS on a wifi connection???

We just got all our sales personnel Iphone 3GS and they connect to our private wifi (to keep them off Facebook and Myspace while at work), but I cant resolve to "email.domain.com". I can connect to what I want to if I put in the IP address thou...

If I connect them to the public wifi, they resolve just fine.

wondering if there is a fix. At first I thought it was my wifi routers, but it's not. When I connect a pc to either one, I resolve DNS just fine.

Sounds like the DNS is not getting set correctly in the Iphones. Have y checked what is getting set in the Iphones and compare that to what gets set in the PC's?

Is DHCP active? Or are you setting the IP details manualy on the phones?

Also try downloading a tracert or Ping app for the iphones and testing for that. See if the Ping app can resolve addresses.
