iphone 3g exchange management software needed.

Does anyone know of a good 3rd party software to use when managing iPhone 3g from an exchange server? I tried all the apple recommendations, but I would like to have the same functionality as a blackberry server where I am able to push passwords and remotely change them as well in case a user forgets.

iPhone now supports EAS so it functions like a Windows Mobile 6 device.
