Ok, Installed the first southern hemisphere trial sites for IPO,with numerous configurations that are not "SUPPORTED" by Avaya, but do work, User SW on multiple Citrix servers and many other scenarios
set up the IP400 and IP600 server integration before the software evan worked, used various devices to provide analogue ext's , make faxing work etc... across LAN and WAn links.
If anyone has some really cool config files of sites they have set up send them to me , let me know and I will provide my email addy

IPGuru & Grandmaster,

Where do you guys get all of your documentation on the IPO? I am based in New Jersey, USA, about an hour from Avaya's Lyndhurst facility. I have been there twice for certifcation on IPO v1.3 and CCC v1.4. I have been working with this product now for about 10 months, Have spent countless hours on the phone with tier 3 support, and have had many tier 3 engineers come out to the sites I have installed to look at major issues I am battling. Through all of this I still can't seem to get any of these US guys to give up any good doc's on this product. It really sucks that you build your configuration based on the supplied documentation, and then find out 2 months later that the doc's are wrong and have to reprogram. AHHHHH!!
Any info, doc's or white papers would be so very much appreciated. My email is wwarren@mcstel.com

Thanks Gentleman
