Hi, I've lost my voicemail password.

I can log into the iPECS50A, but I cannot find where to reset the station passwords.

If anyone can help, I'd be very appreciative.

Thanks,

Grantsun

Please let me clarify.

I can log into the iPECS50A, but I cannot find where to reset the station VOICEMAIL VSF passwords.

Thanks,

Grantsun

Hi Pommiekev.

Thanks for the advice. I have tried this, but these are the Authorisation Codes to log into each specific station using the web interface.

It does not appear to be the same password as the VSF needs to access the voicemail system. If anyone knows that the VSF uses the same password, could you please let me know?

I've been working on this for days. I must be missing something simple. It can't be this difficult.

Thanks,

Grantsun

PGM 227 us used for the webinterface AND for the mailbox but when you want to enter the mailbox you have to use station number AND the password from PGM 227, only the password is not working.

Hi xs650. Just to clarify. If the station ID is 103, and the password is *103, when it asks for the voicemail password, do I type 103*103?

Cheers,

Grantsun

Thanks greatly.

I've left work for the week, but on Monday I'll try it out and let you know.

Cheers,

Grantsun

Hy xs650. Thank you. A rookie mistake by me on that one. I can get into the voicemail now. Next is email setup. I'll see how I go.

I really appreciate your time.

Thanks again,

Grantsun

OK. So now I can get into the voicemail system.

The problem I have now, is that I can't seem to get a call to transfer to the voicemail system. The transferred call (to a specific station that is busy) goes to the group instead of voicemail. The group is set to 650. All of the stations ring.

When I try to program the Preset Call Forward system, I think that I'm missing something.

In Transfer Mailbox, I only have options of Net Station Number or Station Group.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks, Grantsun
