Hi
I have a VOIP transfer issue or is this just the way IPECS works???
I have 3 sites, all have IPECS 50B's with Networking Licences.
Site A has 4 channels of ISDN2 with 20 DDI's attached, some of these DDI's route via the VOIP to Site B using Networking settings. When a DDI is answered at Site B after coming via the VOIP from Site A and they want to transfer back to Site A, the display shows "unallocated number".
I can transfer the call off to Site C fine.
If I call in on the local ISDN2 channels on Site B and transfer to either Site A or Site C, the call transfers ok.
Internal calls via the VOIP links are all working ok from each site.
Site A - 1xx
Site B - 3xx
Site C - 2xx
Any ideas??
Cheers
