iPECS UCP100 Factory Default

Hello all,

So I have a UCP100 here to mess with (I have never touched a iPECS PBX - I am an Avaya Guy) and I was trying to follow the manual to facorty default everything, which if I understand correctly was to enable DIP-Switch 4, reboot, put the switch back to off and reboot again.

After doing so, the only lights that are lit are the two (PWR1 / PWR2) so I assume it did something however I still cannot ping the default 10.10.10.2 IP Address.

Suggestions?
 
turn dip switch 4 to on . then reboot it .

once you reboot it give it a few mins and all the lights will flash . once you have done this . see if you can ping it then .

the default connection will be
if all the lights stay solid it has crashed and you will need to get it fixed via a company called multimessage if your in the uk if its under warranty .
