Hi Guys,

I am working on TNet project , i have networked a MFIM200 to 4 MFIM 300 over TNET. My problem is other extension on the LM cant call extensions on the Master. If i change to Remote the LM extensions can call the CM extension and other sites but cannot call extensions on the same LM. I have put each LM in its unique ZONE.

IHave included the router on the rtp programming but still i am not getting any joy. Is it a problem with the network or my programming. If i disable TNet all sites can call each other without a problem

Hi Chamvari

These are just a few notes regarding T-Net that I have. Doubt it has anything to do with voice issues but worth a shot. Apologies if the below is of no benefit.

1. under T-NET basic Attributes (PGM330) turn T-NET enable "on".

2. For the master site you just need to set up the LM attributes for the slave sites. Enter the MAC address, IP address and how many ports you want to allocate to that system. and enter the zone you want these systems to be in, usually they will all want to be in the same zone.

3. Log into the slave system and set up the T-NET CM attributes for the master system, once you have done this and T-NET is enabled under T-NET Basic Attributes all the handsets should automatically switch to T-NET mode and begin trying to register to the master system. you can check under Base Board Attributes to make sure that T-NET is enabled on those stations. once this is done the handsets will show up under Device ID as (T-NET) to show that they are now connected to the master system.

If the connection to the master system is lost the stations will revert back to the settings they had before T-NET was enabled. so if you want to setup the groups and stations numbers for when the connection is lost do this before enabling T-NET.

T-NET will only provide local survivablility if the connection to the main site is lost. if the Local PBX goes down then the site will go down as well, it is still dependent on the local system being active.

Eats.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

Thanks Thats is exactly what i deed, but extensions on the LM are losing speech looks theres is some RTP programming i am missing, or my zones are not correctly configured.
