ipecs software

Hello
I have had an IPECS phone system for over 5 years and want to upgrade the software, its presently using the following which i believe to be out of date,
MFIM/UK92M-E.0Dy JUN/09
Boot Version-1.0Am JUL/08
does anyone have instructions how I can update this and then perhaps use the ipecs communicator on my Apple phone
