iPECS set-up

Hi everybody,

I'm brand new to the world of telephony management and I'm hoping that I can get some general help on the iPECS system that we've had installed in our small office. It's an MFIM50 with 8012D phones. We are running iPECS 5.5 software on it.

I have been able to figure out a few things on my own, but the main thing that I need help with is how to reassign the initial voice menu options (for office press 1, etc.) to individual extensions.

Please note that while I have a ton of general computer skills, I am neither a programmer or a certified system admin. If you could let me know how to do it in fairly basic terms, or point me in the direction of an online resource, that'd be amazing.

Hi

Please check the following:

Flexible ddi programming pgm231
Check what vsf message is played on the last 3 digits of your main number.

Still under tables tab, click ccr table and enter the number of the vsf message from the step above.

Hear you can tell each digit what to do. ie. ring station, hunt group, vsf, conf room etc etc.
