Ipecs locks up

Hi Guys,

I am predominantly a Panasonic engineer.

I have dabbled a bit with Ipecs system as we have a couple customers with this system.

The problem I'm having is, a customer has a 30 minute voicemail message, which they want to forward to another user.

The original mailbox can play message, if they forward the message to another user, the message gets to the phone and they can listen to it, but doesn't send an email notification.

At the same time when this problem occurs, it also locks out the WAN access and also if I vpn to site I can't connect either.

The only way of connecting is to connect locally.

After a system reset it seems to all work again.

Not sure whether its the large file that is causing the issue.

Has anyone had this issue or could advise on ways to rectify.
