ipecs emg80 configure station for outgoing dials only

Hi everyone.
I have to stations (analog "stupid" devices) connected to ipecs emg80, witch I have to disallow them to use internal calls.
Is there any way to configure them to have access to outgoing dials only?
In addition, all stations have to press "9" button to access an out line. Is there any way to skip this and have direct access to out line?
