IPECS Communicator usually goes offline ( emg 80 system)

Hello,
could anyone here be of help on how to register and configure iPECS Communicator to iPECS Emg80
Actually I set all needed parameter: SIP server domain and port, user name and password etc
In the other hand I set up ID and password in the system (pgm 443)
My problem is that ipecs communicator usually goes offline, however when consulting the log file I can see this message:
Wed, 15 Jan 2015 15:58:37 IP:192.168.2.x ID:amal SUBSCRIBE
In your opinion what's the problem can be

problem solved. The ID must be the station number
