Hello, I am new to iPECS and have a client who moved from Avaya ACS to iPECS. Avaya ACS had an Auto System Answer (ASA) card that allowed calls to be auto-answered after x rings, play an announcement and then place the call on hold. Their new system has *similar* functionality but the extensions ring until the call is answered and placed on hold. Looking for a way to emulate the ASA behavior on this new system. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
