IPECS 9071 NO ACK after registration

Is your system configured to support SIP phones?
Have you added an 3rd Party IP Phone licenses?
Have you created a SIP Extension and associated user?
What has the phone prompted you to enter and what did you enter?
What type of IP Office and what release of software?
Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

By default iPECS IP Phones are H323 devices that pickup an address from the iPECS system using multicast. You will need to make sure you have it set to DHCP and are using SIP.
Sorry to be "that guy" but if you need urgent help then posting to a forum is not exactly the best solution. You should be contacting your provider or someone qualified to help you immediately. In other words you should be paying for "urgent" support.
