Hi all,
Recently we notice that the IPDA connection is error due to the customer Lan is back to default.
then try to change Customer lan into assign IP nd system reboot is required to take effect the change of IP not reachable.(no system reboot)
after 2 days the customer lan is reachable but i can see the error in apesu the status in web is error. then when i try to command in ipda i notice that the HD is deactivated upon activated the part of J is the only blocked?any suggestion, or we need to reboot the system? thank you
