IPCONFIG Batch File

Does anyone know the proper syntax...
I want to write a batch file to do the following
IPCONFIG /release all
then
IPCONFIG /renew all
if possible reboot (Only once)

REM file ip.bat

REM Release ip
ipconfig /release
REM renews ip
ipconfig /renew

should be that simple
