IPCC web

[Iwontremember]

When I try to log onto the IPCC web page I get a Service Unavailable message and I cannot get to the administration page, same thing happens when I try using rdp.
I did try and restart the IIS service but it wouldn’t restart. Besides rebooting the box can anyone think of another cure?

Did you go into the MS MMC for Services and see if the Service is running? Might try restarting it there.

still a no-go, I ended up re-booting it last night.
