I have been asked by one of my customers for functionality on IPCC that I have yet to be able to provide. What they would like to do is have the script first look to determine if there are agents logged in. Based on that criteria, it will follow two different call logics. Is there a way to do this?

We are running:
IPCC 4.0(5)_build042
Cisco Call Manager 4.1(3)sr8

Yes it can. This is a way of differentiating between queuing up callers in a queue with agents vs a queue not currently manned.

Thanks for your help. I got it built.
