I have a call campaign script. After a dispatcher records the message and starts the campaign, IPCC starts dialing phone numbers and playing the message (Hello, please report to the office--dispatcher needs sandwich). Problem is, when I get to a long distance number it dials fine, but then my Telco asks for a PIN to use long distance. Has anyone run into this before? I tried adding the pin to the phone number, but there is no way to pause before it sends the PIN. Basically it just hangs up and goes on to the next number. Does anyone know how to get IPCC to wait for a voice and then dial a pin number?

My only other option is to get Management to lose the long distance blocker, but they aren't too happy about that.

I did this with the after hours number that was forwarded to a answering service and it needed an 4 number access code.
I was able to use Unity and a callhandler that let me put the extra numbers in after comas. This worked fine but then after I started to run into this time and time again I had the telco remove it since no one was using it for any records or billing info. It even messed up the fax machines also.

Hope this helps.
