Other than the Cisco Customer Response applcations Historical reports. Does anyone know of a 3rd party program for reports? I'm looking to get a report on how long calls are in the Q. I know in CRA I can get a avg time that calls are in the Q, but would relly like a report that shows every call.

You should eb able to create anything you want using Crystal Reports. It talks directly to the database.

I agree with pndscm. You can create your own crystal report if you have the ability to do that.

The only third party that I have worked with is Blue Pumpkin but be prepared to cough up some serious dough for this solution. It is a workforce mgmt solution with a very powerful reporting capability. You can purchase just the reporting tool but it is still very expensive even if you decide to install it yourself.
