Is there a way to have automaticly have an agent be logged out of IPCC if they have been in "not ready" state for a defined period of time? I've been going through all the steps and kind find an easy way to do it. I have thought of using the get routing statistic in a separate script to identify those. Can't figure out how to define the time and automaticly log them out.

We are running:
IPCC 4.0(5)_build042
Cisco Call Manager 4.1(3) sr8

I do not think there is a way to do this besides manually. So the supervisor see the agent in "not ready" and logs them out using his supervisor CAD.
Are you having issues with agents going to not ready and not logging back in?
