Good afternoon all. About three years ago Moe, Larry and Curly were contracted to install a Call Manager, Unity and IPCC for us. To say the very least, it's been a disaster. The Call Manager and Unity issues have been cleaned up for the most part but the IPCC Automated Attendant (A/A) still is a problem. Some of us have been to Call Manager and Unity training but no one to IPCC training. My boss says there's many IPCC schools to choose from and we're unsure which one(s) we need to go if we can find the money. In the mean time, does anyone know of good resources we can go to for help? My suggestion is to rebuild the A/A with another temporary test number. Test it completely, let the decision makers try it and then if all are happy, turn it on. Any input here would be welcomed. Thank you.
