Good afternoon all. About three years ago Moe, Larry and Curly were contracted to install a Call Manager, Unity and IPCC for us. To say the very least, it's been a disaster. The Call Manager and Unity issues have been cleaned up for the most part but the IPCC Automated Attendant (A/A) still is a problem. Some of us have been to Call Manager and Unity training but no one to IPCC training. My boss says there's many IPCC schools to choose from and we're unsure which one(s) we need to go if we can find the money. In the mean time, does anyone know of good resources we can go to for help? My suggestion is to rebuild the A/A with another temporary test number. Test it completely, let the decision makers try it and then if all are happy, turn it on. Any input here would be welcomed. Thank you.

I attended CRSD class a couple years ago and it was good. Lot's of scripting. I don't know what the current version is. I've never seen a Cisco Press book or anything on it. I do have some docs that I got off CCO. Unless your doing something like caller number capture in the AA, I'd use Unity Call Handlers to build an AutoAttendant.

As Curley said.
Woob! Woob! Woob!!!

Just be glad Shemp didn't help!!!!

Here is one:

and the advanced deployment (heavy emphasis on scripting):

These folks develop all the IPCC training material for CISCO and also train other partners how to teach the IPCC courses above.

Worth every penny for the class if you want to learn in a class environment.

To do it on your own for free:

Oh yeah and a non production system to break alot!!!

IPCC scripting can get tricky if you don't understand it. I would recommend contacting a resource that has some experience with creating scripts from scratch.

Contract someone locally if you can find someone reliable, otherwise consider using an online resource. Proximity isn't such a roadblock anymore with the remote access options available now.

If you are still looking for help you can contact me. I have quite a few IPCC call centers under my belt.
