IPCC Management Hours

We are implementing an IPCC with 50 agents, possibly expanding to 200 agents. My question is how many hours should we expect to spend managing...updating the IPCC system?

you should only have to touch it if you need to add new agents.

If you are talking system management you will need to install periodic OS updates and potentially IPCC Patches.

Assuming you are using CSA (headless or managed) you can probably avoid doing OS patches as often. I usually tell my customers once a month or every other month to be safe.

OS patches usually take 30-90 minutes depending...
