we have ipcc installed. the company setting it up created a script that references a "date.xml" file. if a date is listed, then on that date the ipcc will play our holiday greeting. otherwise it will follow normal rules of 8-5 M-F.
I noticed a few holidays ago that it had stopped playing the holiday greeting. I checked and the file had reverted back to an old (original) listing. meaning the contents of the file were the original dates from a couple years ago and the properties of said file referenced the same time frame. upon testing over the weekend, it appears that I can change the file and it will work and save the settings, until the server reboots. then the file is reverted back to the old file (contents and properties). its as if I had never opened or modified the file.
according to my page, its Cisco Application Administration - 5.0(2)_Build064
Any ideas on where to look? it worked fine until about 6 months ago. no changes have been made, other then manually changing the file as needed.
