Hi,

I have an CUCM 6.1.3 with IPCC express 7.0(1) build 168.

We are going to record using Verint Impact 360. The Verint
engineers are asking for some parameters that I don't know where to find it:

- The IPCC's CTI Server IP Address (side A)(I supose this
is the IPCC Server IP Adress)
- The IPCC's CTI Server Port (side A)
- The ID of the PIM connected to the CallManager's ACD:
- client ID, client password

Can you help me??

Thanks!!

The intellilink (CTI link) on the Verint supports primary/secondary links so the A side will be the IP address of your ICM server.

The port is the CTIOS port number - normally 42027

The peripheral ID is the client id on the IPCC used to distinguish different clients connecting to the ICM

Client ID & Password don't matter as the Verint CTI link doesn't log into the ICM.

Ignore the protocol (CTIOS) version. If you are running higher than 8 tell verint to set it at 8 as this is compatible with versions up to 13.

I'll try and attach some screenshots of the intellilink later

Ooops that should be:

username/password is the CTI user configured in the call manager.
