IPCC Desktop Agent

We are running UCCX Premium 7.0 with 2 wall boards and agents using desktop agent. Both the reader boards and desktop agent app is showing all 0's. My vendor noticed that IPCC server was running Java 6 Update 17 and said we needed to be at Update 12. So we removed 17 and installed 12 and then rebooted the server. Well we still have no data any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking at both of my IPCC servers i see the primary does not have Cisco Security Agent started but the secondary does. Should it be running on both servers?
