I've got an IPCC Express 3.5 and Call Manger 4.1(3) on different servers. Our company is asking for reports on Auto Attendant applications within the IPCC server, but also wants some data from Call Manager relative to the same call in the same report. In looking at the two databases, it does not appear that there is any common key ( session number, call ID, etc.) by which we could link these two tables so as to associate the application data in the IPCC table with the call data from the CDR table (after it is tranferred from the applicaton to an IP phone).
Reporting on each of the databases independently is no problem, I'm just having problems finding a reliable relationship between the two databases. Our plan at this point is to try to use the Caller-ID info and call time to make an association between the two.
