IPCC 7.0

I need to know right away about Cisco IPCC version 7.0 and what its problems are. We are having this dialer shoved down our throat and I really need to understand what the problems are with it. If you have know experience with 7.0, what all went wrong in 6.0 and why haven't you moved to 7.0?

I have to have a company running on this in a month and a half "perfectly", with no hiccups, if this is going to be successful and I believe the consultants are giving the full story.

V7.0 only went GA aboout six weeks ago so most people are in the planning stage. SR1 is/has been released you could do a bug scrub on it?

Software bugs are specific to your enviroment, if you want to review them for any version it's best if you do it yourself.

It also depends on how hard you are going to push it. What type of role our do you have planned? What are the call flows likely to be? How many calls per hour etc.
