Is there a way to force callers who are on hold for a certain amount of time (10 minutes) to go to voicemail? We would want a message to state something like the following:



“We realize your time is valuable and you have been holding for 10 minutes. You are being transferred to voicemail. Please leave a message with your name, phone number, store number and the reason for your call. We will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you

Yes, this is possible. I'm not a scripting expert but you should be able to set a counter in your hold loop. So say your Hold Loop which repeats your, 'Thank You for Holding' message takes 1 minute to run, 55seconds of MOH and 5 seconds of message, you could put a counter in the loop as in Counter = Counter +1. Then if Counter = 10, play your message and send the call to Unity.
